Warning Description: Flood Warning

Warning Date: 8:34 PM CST on January 24, 2010

Warning Message:The National Weather Service in Huntsville al has issued a
* Flood Warning for 
  the Paint Rock river near Woodville.
* From Monday morning until Wednesday afternoon.
* At 8 PM Sunday the stage was 15.1 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.  
* Minor flooding is forecast. 
* Forecast...rise above flood stage by tomorrow morning and continue 
  to rise to near 17.0 feet by Tuesday morning. The river will fall 
  below flood stage by Wednesday morning.
* Impact...at 16.0 feet...flood waters affect mostly bottomland along 
  the river...including low-lying farm and pasturelands.
* Flood history...this crest compares to a previous crest of 16.0 feet
  on may 7 2009.
